What you bring

We are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore, working in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will be the backbone of our end-user productivity, ensuring that our global team has the technical support they need to succeed. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our global staff.
• Managing and triaging incoming requests through Jira to ensure timely resolution.
• Handling critical security and administrative tasks, including vulnerability notifications and system access management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong professional demeanor and excellent critical thinking skills. We require a candidate who is highly proficient with Okta, Sailpoint, Jira, and firewall management. You should have extensive experience supporting cloud-based services like G Suite and working with Apple systems. Candidates must be fluent in English and comfortable communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, including senior leadership. We value individuals who are self-reliant, culturally intelligent, and capable of working effectively within a global team. A background in ITIL best practices is preferred.
