We are looking for a motivated and personable IT Support Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. Our IT department is a global group of nine professionals reporting to the VP of IT and Security, and we operate as a key part of the broader KTech engineering function. We currently support over 400 employees across 10 international locations, and we are eager to find someone who can help us shape our evolving support environment. Since our founding in 2000, we have prioritized creators by building technology that makes the music industry more fair and rewarding, earning the trust of major artists like Doja Cat, Phoebe Bridgers, and Sam Fender.
Responsibilities
- Deliver daily onsite and remote support to staff at all levels, including the maintenance of meeting room technology and event equipment.
- Manage incidents and service requests through our ticketing system while maintaining accurate asset management and inventory reports.
- Collaborate with our People team to handle all technical aspects of the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
Requirements
- Approximately 2 years of experience in IT support, including familiarity with ITIL practices and ticket triaging.
- Proficiency in administering Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Intune, and Jamf within a mixed Windows and Apple Mac environment.
- A strong customer-focused mindset, the ability to work independently, and a demonstrated passion for automation and technical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of security best practices and experience with inventory recording.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom, as a full DBS check will be conducted upon an offer of employment.
