What you'll be doing

• You will act as the first point of contact for our team, providing hands-on support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• You will manage the lifecycle of our IT assets, which includes installing and configuring laptops and desktops while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• You will work closely with our People and Culture team to handle the technical aspects of onboarding and offboarding, ensuring every user account and device is properly set up or secured.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in technology and a passion for helping others. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Up to two years of experience in an IT support capacity.
• A strong grasp of network fundamentals, computer hardware, and various operating systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and standard business software.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused mindset.
• Fluency in English.
• The ability to stay organized and prioritize your tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.
