About the Role
We are looking for a Senior IT Support Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role where you will provide essential first and second-level support for our IT systems, applications, and unified communications platforms. You will be a vital member of our business support services division, ensuring our technology infrastructure remains robust and efficient. Please note that this position requires participation in a 24-hour on-call roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive IT support for hardware, audio-visual systems, and collaboration platforms while managing administrative tasks for business applications.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of user access and IT assets, including provisioning, security, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of IT policies and documentation while assisting with system upgrades and vulnerability remediation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have at least four years of experience in a corporate IT environment. We value candidates who possess strong problem-solving skills and a genuine commitment to customer service. Your technical background should include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, Windows environments, and Intune endpoint management.
- Advanced experience with the Microsoft 365 suite and application deployment using PowerShell or Power Automate.
- Proven expertise in supporting Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, and corporate mobility solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with high attention to detail.
