What you'll be doing

• You will provide hands-on technical support for workstation hardware, peripherals, and end-user applications to ensure our operations run smoothly.
• You will manage the configuration, deployment, and setup of new workstations and software while also handling daily procedures like status reporting and ticket management.
• You will assist our remote staff by resolving connectivity issues, such as VPN access, and contribute to larger IT projects like system migrations and office upgrades.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in technology and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in workstation technical support.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and assembling workstation hardware.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry and familiarity with market data tools like Bloomberg or Refinitiv are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English.

What you'll get

We offer a competitive base salary range of £75,000 to £95,000. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our London office, requiring your presence from Monday through Friday.
