What you bring

As our dedicated IT Specialist, you will serve as the primary expert for our internal systems, taking full ownership of our technical tools and support infrastructure. This full-time, remote position is perfect for a junior professional who thrives on autonomy and wants to make a tangible impact in the fintech and banking space. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process, including the provisioning of hardware and software for our team.
• Providing remote technical support to our employees across various locations to ensure everyone stays productive.
• Maintaining our IT asset inventory, tracking hardware lifecycles, and managing software licenses.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and eager to take charge of our IT operations. You should have a solid foundation in systems configuration and a deep familiarity with Apple hardware and software. Proficiency with tools like Kandji for mobile device management, endpoint protection, and user productivity platforms such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Salesforce, and Greenhouse is essential. You should also be comfortable managing user configurations, including SAML and SSO mechanisms. Candidates must be located and authorized to work in the US or Canada, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
