IT Specialist at Zelh

What you'll be doing

• You will provide essential technical support by using diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot issues remotely and identifying the most effective solutions for our employees.
• You will manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our internal and office network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and high availability.
• You will collaborate closely with our system administrators to handle technical tasks, monitor physical and virtual infrastructure, and track hardware and software assets using remote access platforms.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid technical foundation and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 6 months of experience working as a HelpDesk specialist.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Linux, Windows, and Mac OS administration.
• Deep understanding of network protocols, Routing, VLAN, Firewall, and bridging.
• Experience with Office365, Exchange, and SharePoint.
• A working knowledge of Mikrotik ROS and monitoring systems like Zabbix is considered a significant advantage.
• An Intermediate level of English, as you will need to read, write, and occasionally communicate directly with customers to resolve technical issues.
