Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in the United States, where you will serve as the backbone of our testing facility operations. You will be the go-to person for keeping our hardware and software systems running smoothly.

Your impact

• Manage the daily IT requirements for our Operations Associates by triaging, documenting, and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Collaborate closely with our Engineering and Operations teams to troubleshoot and fix technical roadblocks.
• Work alongside our Infrastructure team to maintain the power, wireless spectrum, and computing needs of our robotic testing environment.

What you'll need

We need a proactive problem solver who is comfortable working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. You should have a sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for supporting your teammates. Fluency in English is required, and you will have the chance to sharpen your skills in Python, container orchestration, and additive manufacturing. We value experience with MacOS, Android, and iOS environments, as well as a background in networking and hardware maintenance.

Perks and compensation
