What is this role?
We are looking for a Junior IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Madrid where you will play a key role in overseeing our internal technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing our hardware, software systems, and overall IT assets to ensure our team has the tools they need to succeed.
What will you do?
- Take charge of procuring, deploying, and tracking our inventory of laptops and office equipment.
- Create and maintain standardized processes for asset management and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting to resolve end-user issues quickly and effectively.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. We are looking for someone with 2 to 4 years of experience in IT management, particularly regarding software and asset oversight. You should be comfortable with hardware configuration and have a solid understanding of data security standards. Because we work with a diverse, international team, you must be proficient in both English and Spanish. Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate technical needs clearly to cross-functional teams will also be essential.
