IT Specialist System Integration at Sportalliance

We are looking for a dedicated Senior IT Specialist for System Integration to join our growing team. Our organization operates across international hubs in Hamburg, Eisenstadt, Warsaw, Boston, and Melbourne, and we pride ourselves on maintaining an open feedback culture where team members and leadership interact at eye level. This full-time role is based in Germany and offers the flexibility of working entirely remotely.

Key outcomes

• Deliver high-quality technical support to our users by diagnosing and fixing hardware and software issues.
• Oversee the lifecycle of support tickets within our ITSM portal, including registration, classification, and resolution.
• Conduct thorough ticket analysis and provide detailed documentation during escalation processes.
• Maintain and manage user accounts across our core IT systems.
• Ensure the consistent and smooth operation of our internal IT environment.
• Work closely with your colleagues to refine processes and boost the overall efficiency of our IT services.
• Communicate effectively with users in both English and German.

Requirements

• A background in IT or a related field through secondary education.
• A solid grasp of standard IT support procedures.
• Experience working with ITSM tools, specifically Jira.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges involving hardware and software.
• Professional proficiency in English at a B2 or C1 level, as you will be providing support in both English and German.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with users.
• Strong organizational habits, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively under time pressure.
• A proactive mindset and a genuine desire to expand your technical knowledge.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in a senior-level IT support or system integration role.
• Demonstrated success in process optimization within a corporate IT environment.
