IT Specialist - System Integration Apprentice at INVERS

The role

We are seeking an apprentice to join our IT team as a System Integration Specialist. This is an on-site internship position based at our headquarters in Netphen, Germany, starting on August 1, 2026. This role is perfect for students who have completed their secondary education and are eager to launch a career in technology.

Core responsibilities

• You will actively participate in the setup, operation, and maintenance of our internal systems while collaborating closely with your colleagues.
• You will manage our IT landscape by handling everything from the initial installation of hardware and software to ongoing technical maintenance.
• You will serve as a problem-solver by identifying the root causes of technical issues and implementing effective solutions when system errors occur.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this apprenticeship, you should possess a strong interest in technology and a proactive approach to learning. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• You have completed your secondary education, such as a Mittlere Reife or Abitur, or perhaps you have decided that a traditional university path is not the right fit for your goals.
• You have a natural curiosity for technical systems, whether that involves troubleshooting home computers or resolving connectivity issues for friends and family.
• You are highly motivated, reliable, and capable of grasping new concepts quickly.
• You possess strong communication skills and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in both English and German is required to communicate effectively within our international environment.

Compensation and benefits
