Responsibilities

• Oversee and expand the existing endpoint management infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage the deployment and maintenance of hardware using automation and centralized management tools.
• Develop and maintain security policies to ensure full compliance across all company systems.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in IT operations and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Extensive practical experience with endpoint management tools, application distribution, and automation workflows.
• Solid technical proficiency in Office 365 and Azure Active Directory.
• Proven ability to manage traditional IT environments, including user administration, group policies, and file or print servers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Windows client and server systems.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively within a team setting.
• Fluency in both English and German.
