The opportunity
We are looking for a Junior IT SOX Analyst to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this role, you will play a key part in our IT department by helping us plan, implement, and manage our SOX compliance activities. You will work closely with our team to ensure our processes align with IT General Controls and support our broader cybersecurity and risk management initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in compliance and audit within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
A day in the life
- You will assist in the oversight of SOX compliance efforts by reviewing and updating IT policies to ensure they meet current regulatory requirements.
- You will support our audit preparation process, which includes maintaining detailed documentation, gathering evidence for controls, and helping to create compliance reports.
- You will help monitor IT changes that impact our critical systems and assist in managing user access reviews for our corporate applications.
Who you are
You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in the intersection of technology and compliance. You communicate clearly, think analytically, and are ready to contribute to a culture of security and integrity. To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A solid understanding of SOX compliance, ITGCs, and risk management principles.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data protection laws.
- A proactive mindset, with an interest in pursuing a CISA or similar professional certification.
- Fluency in English.
