Role at a glance
We are seeking a Mid-Level IT Service Technician to join us on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in the United States where you will report directly to the Director of Network Operations. You will play a vital role in maintaining our hardware, managing user access, and keeping our network environment secure and efficient.
Your impact
- Manage the full lifecycle of user accounts, including onboarding and offboarding, by administrating Active Directory objects and groups within our Microsoft Azure environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting connectivity issues, application errors, and endpoint performance problems.
- Ensure all technical work and ticketing documentation is handled with precision, following current Good Documentation Practices to maintain our high standards.
What you'll need
To thrive in this role, you should be a clear communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. We require the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a help desk role, specifically focusing on operating system configuration and equipment troubleshooting.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows and MacOS, along with proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, and Microsoft Office.
- A solid understanding of business networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, and Unified WiFi.
- Bonus points if you have experience with PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Intune, or working within an FDA-regulated facility.
- Fluency in English is required for all documentation and team collaboration.
