Job Title: IT Service Desk Technician
- Location: Onsite 2-3 days a week in Scranton, PA (with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week)
- Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, plus generous bonus, and benefits package

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Charge: Take a central role in resolving Level 2 support issues with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will be key in tackling advanced technical challenges, from PC troubleshooting to network and server issues.
- Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with our helpdesk team to prioritize, manage, and resolve incoming support tickets and calls, ensuring an optimal helpdesk experience for our clients.
- Document and Improve: Maintain comprehensive documentation to streamline operations and enhance problem-solving processes.
- Mentor and Inspire: Guide and support junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow professionally.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 6 months of professional helpdesk experience. We value hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced troubleshooting skills in PCs, networks, server policies, and Active Directory.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds unassisted.
- Clean driving record and personal transportation for occasional on-site visits
Preferred Qualifications:
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.
