What is this role?

We are looking for a Junior IT Service Desk Technician to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where you will spend two to three days a week in our office and have the flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the week. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to grow while providing high-quality technical support.

What will you do?

• Provide hands-on technical support by troubleshooting and resolving a variety of IT issues for our clients.
• Manage incoming support requests through our ticketing system to ensure timely and effective solutions.
• Utilize your knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Office to maintain and support our client environments.
