The role
We are seeking a Senior IT Service Desk Associate to join our Technology and Security team on a full-time basis. This position is based on-site in Jaipur, India. You will play a critical role in maintaining our technical infrastructure and ensuring our security posture remains robust as we continue to grow.
Core responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for end-user hardware and software while troubleshooting technical issues and documenting new resolutions.
- Monitor network traffic, system logs, and security alerts to detect and respond to potential threats in real-time.
- Collaborate with the broader IT team to implement security controls, manage project rollouts, and facilitate internal IT training sessions.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a commitment to security excellence. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in level 1 and 2 support, along with 2 or more years of experience specifically in cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or CIS.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 11, MacOS, Microsoft Office, and Office 365.
- Technical expertise in Azure Active Directory administration, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently while supporting end-user requests.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel occasionally to support regional office locations.
