IT Service Desk Analyst at Numeris

We are looking for a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team on a contractor basis. At Numeris, we serve as Canada’s most trusted authority on audience measurement and consumer behavior data. This role operates in a hybrid environment and requires proficiency in both English and French.

Responsibilities

• Manage device configuration, enrollment, and compliance using the MS Intune Suite while troubleshooting mobile device management and application deployment issues.
• Provide comprehensive support for the Office 365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, while assisting with identity and access management tasks via MS Entra.
• Coordinate hardware deployments for new hires and refresh cycles, and resolve incoming service desk tickets through Jira Service Manager.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with MS Intune, MS Entra, Office 365, and Jira Service Manager.
• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities paired with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated capacity to handle laptop deployments and hardware provisioning.
• Fluency in both English and French to ensure inclusive service delivery.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service desk best practices is considered a significant asset.
