The role
We are looking for a mid-level IT Service Desk Agent to join our growing team in Downtown Tampa. This is a full-time, on-site position. You will serve as a primary point of contact for our staff, ensuring that our internal technology runs smoothly so our teams can focus on their important work.
Core responsibilities
- Deliver frontline technical support to our users through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues, providing direct resolutions or escalating tickets when necessary.
- Document all requests and incidents thoroughly within our FreshService platform to maintain high standards of service.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in a helpdesk or service desk environment. We value candidates who possess strong communication skills and a talent for solving complex problems in a fast-paced setting. You should have a solid grasp of Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking concepts. While not required, we view experience with VMWare Horizon, Salesforce, and an ITIL Foundation certification as significant advantages. You must also be comfortable working a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
