The role
We are seeking a Senior IT Security Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Saudi Arabia. This is a senior-level position for an experienced professional who will play a critical role in strengthening our security posture, managing complex infrastructure, and ensuring our digital environment remains resilient against evolving threats.
Core responsibilities
- Coordinate daily security operations while ensuring full compliance with cyber and IT policies, including adherence to NCA regulations.
- Lead and mentor cyber security administrators to maintain industry best practices, troubleshoot network issues, and respond effectively to security breaches.
- Identify system and application vulnerabilities, design risk mitigation strategies, and manage essential security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and identity management tools.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the implementation and support of comprehensive IT security programs.
- Practical experience working within Azure and OCI environments.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Arabic to facilitate collaboration across various directorates, legal offices, and external partners.
- Expertise in threat and vulnerability management, application security, and information security management.
