What you'll be doing

• You will proactively monitor our networks and systems to identify vulnerabilities and prevent unauthorized access through Intrusion Detection.
• You will develop and implement comprehensive security policies to shield our organization from cyber threats, malware, and other systematic risks.
• You will manage Disaster Recovery efforts by coordinating investigations and mitigation strategies in the event of a security breach.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex security concepts across various departments. We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:

• A mature and personal Christian faith, with a commitment to our mission, values, and statement of faith.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Office 365, and the Microsoft suite of security tools, as we operate as a Microsoft-focused organization.
• A solid understanding of HIPAA regulations and the associated responsibilities regarding ePHI security.
• Experience with Data Loss Prevention strategies to classify and protect sensitive information.
• A degree in computer science with a focus on cyber security or information assurance is preferred.
