We are looking for a Senior IT Security Architect to join our team and help us fortify our digital infrastructure with both strategic foresight and technical precision.

Role at a glance

This is a full-time, senior-level position based in Belgium. We operate with a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance your time between our office in the heart of Brussels and the comfort of your home. You will be instrumental in shaping our internal security posture while working in a stable, international environment.

Your impact

• Design and optimize our on-premises security architecture, focusing on robust network segmentation and firewall policies.
• Establish and maintain security baselines for all critical infrastructure, including servers and endpoints.
• Take the lead on identity and access management by implementing and managing solutions like AD, PKI, LDAP, and RBAC to ensure secure access across the organization.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically within security architecture.
• Deep technical proficiency with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection, and log management.
• Strong expertise in network security, including LAN/WAN, VLANs, and BGP, alongside a solid grasp of O365 security.
• A working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, CIS benchmarks, and NIS2.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, paired with an analytical mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
