THE ROLE’S MISSION

We are looking for an IT SaaS Engineer to support our VEG infrastructure team. Be an escalation point for any tickets relating to our various systems and services in our environment. Our goal is to develop and build a reliable and consistent process for our support team to follow. While providing outstanding technical support to all of our VEGgies.

You’re happy to pitch in whenever and wherever in a developing environment.  You love people + pets.  

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
• Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple business partners to identify opportunities and drive engagement
• Ability to prioritize work tasks and stay organized
• Process-oriented. Able to pivot quickly and adapt to change rapidly
• Demonstrated conflict management and resolution experience
• Demonstrated advanced troubleshooting skills on identity platforms
• A forward thinking, positive attitude!
• Knowledge of the following:
• Okta - Classic or Identity Engine  (Okta Certified Professional or better preferred)
• MDM Platforms Jamf and Intune
• Microsoft Azure (Entra) & O365
• Comfortable working in JSON, Powershell and Python
• Google Workspace
• FreshService

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO

• Implement, Install, Configure, Monitor, Troubleshoot and Evaluate existing and any new emerging products/devices/services within VEG’s Infrastructure.
• Work with our IT Support Team not only to solve any new/emerging issue(s) as they come up for our Veggies but also show them how to address and solve the issue(s) encountered.
• Help the Support Team with documentation when needed to close any knowledge gap with technologies and/or procedures as needed.
• Assist in maintaining, updating & rightsizing Okta workflows, applications, group rules and policies. As well as Intune managed devices as needed.
• Cross functional work with Security, Networking and Solutions teams as needed.
