What is this role?
We are hiring for a Senior IT Recruitment Analyst position. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Poland. We are looking for someone with a strong background in recruitment who is ready to take on a senior-level position within our organization.

- You will lead the effort to identify and source specialized IT talent by utilizing advanced search tools and industry databases like LinkedIn.
- You will perform deep analysis of candidate profiles to ensure they align perfectly with our complex technical job requirements.
- You will partner closely with our broader recruitment team to refine our hiring strategies and meet our organizational staffing goals.
