About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will oversee a variety of cross-functional initiatives, including business systems, laboratory software like LIMS and ELN, and essential IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring that our technology projects are delivered successfully, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining a strong focus on aligning IT outcomes with our broader business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of IT projects, from initial requirements gathering to final delivery, ensuring all technical and business objectives are met.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize tasks based on their impact on our business goals.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators and objectives to track project success and ensure transparency throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should bring a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of IT systems. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on managing complex projects related to infrastructure and business systems.
• A proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, with a focus on tracking metrics and project success.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage risks and resources effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Preferred experience includes a PMP certification, familiarity with regulated environments, and hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, and MS Project.
