Role at a glance

This is a senior-level, full-time position based in Germany. We operate with a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance your time between our modern Leipzig headquarters and remote work.

Your impact

Take full ownership of the project lifecycle, leading cross-departmental teams from initial planning through to successful deployment.
Proactively manage project risks and dependencies while ensuring all deliverables meet our high standards for quality, budget, and timing.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring everyone stays aligned through clear communication and data-driven updates.

What you'll need

Extensive experience managing large-scale IT projects and programs from start to finish.
A proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence diverse teams, including both internal staff and external partners.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical peers and executive leadership.
A growth mindset and the technical aptitude to quickly learn and apply new innovations.
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German is considered a significant plus.
