About the Role

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our most critical technology initiatives. You will bridge the gap between our IT, operations, marketing, and e-commerce departments to ensure our systems evolve alongside our rapid business growth. This is a hybrid position that requires a leader who can balance technical strategy with clear, effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end IT projects, ranging from infrastructure upgrades and POS implementations to complex e-commerce enhancements.
• Create comprehensive project plans that outline clear timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and budget management.
• Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external vendors to ensure every project is delivered with high quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience managing IT projects, ideally within the retail industry.
• Deep familiarity with retail-specific technology, including ERP solutions, e-commerce platforms, and network infrastructure.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
