What you bring

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our BITS department on a full-time, hybrid basis in the Netherlands. In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects, acting as a vital bridge between senior leadership, business stakeholders, and our technical teams. You will leverage your expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure we deliver consistent business value while maintaining a high standard of project execution.

• Own and drive global projects from inception to completion using the most effective management tools.
• Provide clear, consistent communication to all team members and project stakeholders.
• Proactively lead project teams, identify dependencies, manage risks, and remove roadblocks to ensure project success.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience managing projects within the software development industry. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and possesses a pragmatic, result-driven mindset. You must have excellent communication skills in English and proven ability in C-level stakeholder management. A certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Prince2 is required. Furthermore, we value candidates who are eager to help us refine our internal project management frameworks and who are willing to support team members to ensure every project reaches the finish line.
