The opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated IT Project Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our technology projects, ensuring they move smoothly from initial concept to final delivery. You will bridge the gap between our engineering teams and various departments, including operations, marketing, and accounting. Your primary goal is to keep projects on track, within scope, and aligned with our budget while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders involved.

A day in the life

• You will lead the end-to-end execution of projects by coordinating resources, managing third-party consultants, and ensuring every milestone is met within strict deadlines.
• You will oversee business application support, which includes testing new software, implementing services, and refining our current workflows to improve overall efficiency.
• You will conduct thorough business analysis to uncover new solutions, update procedural documentation, and act as the primary point of contact for software vendors when issues arise.

Who you are

You are a senior-level professional with a passion for technology and project management. You possess a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience managing complex projects. You are a natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Proficiency in project management software like MS Project or Planview PPM Pro is highly valued, and you have a proven track record of navigating challenges to achieve successful outcomes. You are fluent in English and ready to bring your organizational skills to a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
