About the Role
We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will manage a variety of corporate, manufacturing, and IT projects on a global scale. You will be responsible for ensuring that all project milestones are met according to agreed-upon specifications while carefully balancing time, cost, and resource constraints. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will serve as a key communicator and problem solver, using your expertise to mitigate risks and keep project objectives on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams by taking ownership of project activities, defining scope, and establishing clear requirements and milestones.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including budget planning, supplier contracts, risk and issue tracking, and regular status reporting to leadership.
- Facilitate team meetings and presentations to ensure clear documentation of actions, proactive mitigation of project challenges, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally within a corporate Project Management Office (PMO) in the life sciences sector.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, as well as a solid understanding of methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead collaborative, continuous learning initiatives.
- Professional certifications such as PMI or Scrum Master are highly preferred.
- A strong preference for candidates based in or near Parsippany, New Jersey.

This position is an on-site role based in the United States, with a strong preference for candidates local to Parsippany, New Jersey.
