What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior IT Project Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere. You will be responsible for shaping our IT strategy and ensuring that our technical operations align perfectly with our broader business objectives.

What will you do?

• You will define clear project goals and create comprehensive plans to ensure we hit every milestone on time and within budget.
• You will oversee the allocation of resources, including both hardware equipment and team members, while coordinating schedules and individual responsibilities.
• You will proactively manage project performance by using specialized tools to track progress and conducting thorough risk assessments to keep everything on track.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in both technology and management. We require a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with at least five years of direct experience in IT project management. Because our team is global, you must be proficient in English at a B2 level or higher. You should also possess:

• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and standard project management techniques.
• Exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities, especially when working under pressure or tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and project teams aligned.
• A PMP certification, which we consider a significant plus for this position.
