Role at a glance

We are looking for an Executive IT Project Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States, requiring you to be in the office at least three days per week to collaborate with our team and drive our technological roadmap forward.

Your impact

• Lead and execute complex technology initiatives by leveraging Agile and Scrum frameworks to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery.
• Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, defining clear project scopes and objectives while maintaining transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide expert leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes continuous improvement and innovative problem-solving.

What you'll need

You should be a seasoned professional with a deep background in technology and project management. We value candidates who bring a growth mindset and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with integrity.

• Over 10 years of hands-on experience in IT project management, ideally within the automotive sector.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and other SDLC methodologies, paired with a solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and applications.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to influence executive leadership and manage diverse external vendors effectively.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, while a Master’s degree or professional certifications like PMP or CSM are highly valued.
• Fluency in English is essential for this role.
