Lightspeed is an international product IT company that develops commerce platforms for retail, hospitality and golf merchants around. It is headquartered in Montreal, Canada.
As part of Lightspeed, we have a product called Ecwid (Lightspeed E-Series) that helps businesses all over the world to create a site with an online store without the help of programmers and designers.
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our company in Tbilisi. You will be a part of our Customization team which works directly with current clients and help them develop and customize their store look and functionality – from custom features to integrations with other tools to their own mobile app.
Please keep in mind that it is preferable if you have one year of experience as IT Project manager or IT Account manager. Also, this is a full time on-site job, so you need to be located at Tbilisi to apply.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Offer our customization services to our existing Global customers and communicate with them in English.
Get into our customers’ needs and provide, sometimes even translate their feedback to our technical engineering team.
Evaluate the complexity and time consumption of the tasks along with developers.
Help customers and developers to find common ground in finding the best solution to the problems and tasks.
Do the upsales.
You definitely fit the job if you:
Speak and write English fluently (up from C1 level)
Speak and write Russian fluently (your teammates in customization team are russian-speaking)
Understand of the software development lifecycle or have any IT background
Ready to learn something new
Ready to do a test assignment
It will be nice if you:
Have some experience in IT Projects.
Have basic knowledge of CSS/HTML/JS.
Нave an IT sales background
