About the Role

We are searching for a Mid-Level IT Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will be a vital part of our customization team, working closely with our existing clients to enhance their store functionality and design. You will act as the bridge between our customers and our technical engineering staff, ensuring that custom features, integrations, and mobile app developments are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively offer customization services to our global client base while managing all communications in English.
Analyze customer requirements and translate their feedback into actionable tasks for our technical engineering team.
Collaborate with developers to evaluate project complexity, estimate timelines, and find the most effective solutions for our clients.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and a proactive approach to learning. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

Fluency in both English and Russian, both written and spoken.
At least one year of experience in IT project management or IT account management.
A willingness to complete a test assignment as part of our hiring process.
Familiarity with CSS and HTML is considered a strong asset, as is previous experience in IT sales.
