What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior IT Product Owner to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This position is vital to the success of our technology ecosystem, specifically regarding our Salesforce CRM and related customer service tools. You will act as the bridge between our business units and our technology teams, ensuring that our product strategy is both ambitious and effectively executed.
What will you do?
- Partner with business leaders to define clear product objectives and design technical solutions that meet those goals.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technology initiatives, including scope, resource allocation, and project timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to ensure that our product strategy remains aligned with our broader organizational priorities.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in Product Management and a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM. We are looking for someone who combines technical knowledge with business acumen. Your qualifications should include:
- Proven experience in product management, including a solid grasp of project management methodologies.
- A deep understanding of system architecture and data flows that support complex business processes.
- Expertise in Salesforce sales and customer service functionalities.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
