What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior IT Operations Technician to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Ireland, and you will be expected to work from our Dublin office three days per week while reporting to our IT Manager.
What will you do?
- Provide high-level IT operations support to our internal business partners while managing cloud platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and AWS.
- Oversee IT logistics for the EMEA region, which includes handling equipment procurement, inventory management, and the full lifecycle of our IT assets.
- Identify opportunities to improve our internal service delivery by building and executing automation workflows directly on the Tines platform.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have 5 to 8 years of experience in IT operations within enterprise-grade cloud environments. We are looking for someone who is technically proficient and comfortable working independently. Key requirements include:
- Expert-level knowledge of MacOS, including command-line usage and log analysis.
- Strong familiarity with IT processes such as incident, change, and release management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different departments.
