We are looking for a Junior IT Operations Support Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. At Gopuff, we specialize in delivering everyday essentials to customers in minutes, helping people navigate the unpredictable moments of daily life. In this role, you will report to the Manager of IT Support and serve as a vital link between our engineering teams and our retail and corporate staff. You will be responsible for managing technical issues across our network, ensuring that our systems remain reliable for everyone from our executive team to our front-line associates.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to our diverse team, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, which includes imaging computers, facilitating equipment deployment, and maintaining inventory for corporate and field locations.
- Identify, triage, and escalate production incidents while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to our established security policies and disaster recovery procedures.
Requirements
- You possess 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support and have a strong ability to solve complex problems independently or within a group.
- You are proficient with Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android environments, and you have experience with identity management tools like Azure Active Directory and Okta.
- You have a working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, as well as experience using incident management systems like ServiceNow.
- You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to work on-site at our Philadelphia headquarters on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, along with a weekend shift and one additional weekday.
What we offer
The salary range for this position is USD $43,200 to $63,000, depending on your specific location and professional experience. We are proud to offer a hybrid work schedule that provides flexibility as we continue to build the future of instant delivery.
