About the Role
We are looking for a results-oriented IT Operations Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee our daily information technology operations to ensure system reliability and service efficiency. You will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, including cybersecurity and user support, while driving continuous improvement across our technical landscape. This hybrid position is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology management and wants to help shape the backbone of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of our IT systems and infrastructure to provide effective technical support for all users.
- Develop and implement robust IT policies to ensure data security, system reliability, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with senior leadership to align our technical infrastructure with the broader strategic goals of the company.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Our requirements include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure services, system administration, or IT operations.
- Proficiency with our core technology stack, including Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and Slack.
- Proven experience in managing IT projects and a solid understanding of cloud services and network systems.
- Knowledge of information security best practices and IT governance frameworks like ITIL or COBIT.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or ITIL are preferred.
