The Uniswap Protocol stands as a leader in the decentralized finance space, providing an open-source framework for trading ERC20 tokens on the Ethereum blockchain. By removing intermediaries and focusing on censorship resistance, we have created a platform that makes exchange activity both safe and accessible. Uniswap Labs is the team behind the development of both the protocol and the interface, and we are currently looking for a dedicated professional to join us at our headquarters in Soho, New York City.
What is this role?
We are searching for a Senior IT Operations Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in our Soho office, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our technology infrastructure runs smoothly for both our local and remote staff. You should have significant experience in IT support and operations to handle the technical demands of our fast-paced environment.
What will you do?
- Take charge of our office IT environment, including network stability, internet connectivity, and the maintenance of our videoconferencing systems.
- Lead our efforts regarding Mobile Device Management, the administration of Google Workspace, and the security of our hardware fleet.
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues for all employees, whether they are working in the office or remotely.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in IT and corporate security, ideally with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You need to be highly proficient in managing and deploying both Mac and Windows systems. We are looking for someone who is comfortable administering various SaaS tools and cloud-based platforms, such as Okta for Single Sign-On. Because you will be interacting with our team daily, you must have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. You should also be highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects at once while maintaining a high standard of technical support.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive salary for this position, with a range of $140,000 to $190,000 USD. Beyond the base salary, our full-time employees are eligible for additional compensation components, which may include equity and tokens, depending on the specific nature of the role.
