The opportunity

We are searching for a Senior IT Operations Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our engineering services and the people who use them every day. You will be responsible for triaging production issues, resolving technical hurdles, and ensuring our UK headquarters operates without a hitch. By acting as a key point of escalation, you will play a direct role in maintaining the reliability of Gopuff and BevMo services across both the UK and US.

A day in the life

• You will provide high-level technical support to our UK staff while managing the stability of our core platforms for international operations.
• You will actively monitor, triage, and resolve incidents, ensuring that any issues impacting our systems are addressed with speed and precision.
• You will collaborate with internal departments and third-party vendors to troubleshoot complex problems, while also contributing to project work and maintaining detailed documentation for our knowledge base.

Who you are

You are a tech-savvy professional with a background in IT operations and a passion for problem-solving. We value candidates who bring a mix of technical expertise and a customer-first mindset. Your profile likely includes:

• A Bachelor's degree in a technical field, ideally supported by industry certifications such as A+, Network+, or Cisco credentials.
• Strong proficiency across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android environments.
• Experience with identity management tools like Okta or Azure Active Directory, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• A solid grasp of networking concepts, including TCP/IP and VPNs, alongside experience using incident management platforms like ServiceNow or Zendesk.
• The ability to work independently or within a team, paired with the communication skills needed to assist remote staff and manage software project platforms like JIRA.
• Fluency in English and a professional, detail-oriented approach to your work.
