About the Role

We are seeking an IT Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As our first dedicated IT hire, you will take ownership of our computer systems, networks, and software applications. You will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly as we continue to scale, providing essential technical support and strategic oversight to our office-centric team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive technical support to our staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues while providing necessary training.
• Develop and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect our company data and critical systems.
• Oversee the administration of employee identity and access management across all internal software platforms.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a strategic mindset. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager within a fast-growing technology startup environment.
• Deep familiarity with systems and database management, specifically with tools like NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Expertise in identity management, SSO workflows, and modern network infrastructure such as Meraki or Ubiquiti.
• A Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.

This position is based at our headquarters in Mountain View, where we prioritize the efficiency and collaboration that comes from working together in person.
