Since 1984, PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) has been a leader in developing effective, bold strategies to support individuals experiencing homelessness. We are a mission-driven organization, and we are looking for a dedicated IT Manager to join our team at the RHC Office in Los Angeles. Key outcomes
- Lead, mentor, and develop our internal IT staff while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Director of IT to implement strategic technology initiatives and explore emerging industry trends.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, including contract negotiations and the oversight of service level agreements.
- Ensure organizational compliance with relevant regulations through regular audits and proactive monitoring.
- Drive data analysis efforts to generate insights that improve our operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Design internal training programs to enhance technology adoption, security protocol awareness, and staff skill development.
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Oversee the deployment of technology equipment and manage our ticketing system to ensure efficient request tracking and resolution.
Requirements
- At least two years of professional experience in an IT management role, specifically demonstrating operational oversight and leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable trends.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse groups.
- A proactive mindset, including the creativity to solve problems and the initiative to take on new responsibilities.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with the ability to model inclusive behaviors in a professional setting.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance, as driving is an essential function of this role.
- Must be able to successfully complete a background screening, drug test, and tuberculosis test.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
- Must be able to perform all work duties within the state of California.
Preferred qualifications
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices to protect organizational data.
- A solid understanding of user experience principles to improve IT service delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Experience managing inventory systems to track and report on IT assets.
Compensation
The annual salary for this position ranges from $81,203.00 to $99,474.00. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a 401k retirement plan, and a hybrid work environment.
