What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior IT Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. In this position, you will take ownership of our IT operations, ensuring that our systems, hardware, and software are secure, efficient, and fully aligned with our corporate strategy.

What will you do?

• Lead and mentor our IT support team, overseeing resource allocation, staff development, and performance management to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of our IT infrastructure, including procurement, system maintenance, and the implementation of security policies across our regional offices.
• Resolve complex technical challenges involving network security, cloud services, and hardware, while maintaining strong relationships with our external vendors.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have a strong background in information technology management, with 5 to 7 years of specific experience troubleshooting Windows and Apple operating systems. We are looking for someone who is comfortable navigating both on-premise and cloud environments, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, GCP, and AWS. You should also be proficient in network security, IAM, and device management. A solid understanding of ITIL principles is essential, and familiarity with tools like Jira, Jamf, and Active Directory will help you succeed in this role. If you hold industry certifications such as MCSE, VCP, CCNA, ITIL, or CISSP, that is a significant asset.
