Our IT Manager will play a crucial role in Bond Vet’s journey. The IT Manager will have the opportunity to improve the infrastructure, define processes and best practices, and build out the team as we continue our growth. By ensuring the IT function operates smoothly, it enables our team to deliver the best pet care possible.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and maintain performance of IT infrastructure, including, but not limited to, computers, networks, printers, operating systems, and software
- Manage IT staff, including training and building the team
- Optimize IT infrastructure and processes
- Lead IT projects, when necessary
- Install and configure hardware and software; set up accounts for new users
- Administer access controls
- Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support across the company
- Repair and replace equipment, as necessary
- Partner closely with the cyber security team
You Have:
- 2+ years experience in IT management
- 5+ years experience in IT
- Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
- Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity and experience with various operating systems, platforms and network configurations, including (but not limited to): JumpCloud, Mac systems, Windows systems, G Suite, Freshdesk, Meraki, Ubiquiti
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Professional certifications (preferred)

Compensation will fall between $105,000 - $120,000 annually based on experience
