What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior IT Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for refining our IT processes, maintaining our technical infrastructure, and building out a team that ensures our clinics operate at their best.
What will you do?
- Oversee and maintain the performance of our entire IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, operating systems, and software.
- Manage and mentor our IT staff while actively building the team to support our ongoing expansion.
- Collaborate with our cyber security team to ensure our systems remain secure while optimizing our internal processes and leading key technical projects.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in IT operations and a knack for solving complex problems. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly and can handle the technical demands of a growing company.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 of those years specifically in an IT management role.
- You possess a solid understanding of IT infrastructure best practices and have experience implementing and configuring technical solutions.
- You are proficient with various platforms and tools, such as JumpCloud, G Suite, and diverse network configurations.
- You are a resourceful leader who is comfortable troubleshooting issues and providing support across the organization.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field or professional certifications are preferred.
- You are fluent in English.
