At Nuna, our mission is to make high-quality healthcare affordable and accessible for everyone. We are dedicated to tackling one of our nation’s biggest problems with ingenuity, creativity, and a keen moral compass. By partnering with healthcare payers, providers, and patients, we turn complex data into meaningful insights. We believe in the power of modern technology and a rigorous understanding of data, but above all, we prioritize compassion and care for our fellow humans. We are looking for an IT Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity, helping us revitalize our internal systems and support our growing workforce.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead, mentor, and provide structure to our team of three full-time IT Technicians, fostering a positive culture while ensuring high-quality support for our employees.
- You will assess our current technical processes to identify and implement automation opportunities, streamline onboarding and offboarding, and improve our overall IT documentation.
- You will manage critical vendor relationships and license renewals while maintaining our in-office network, physical security systems, and hardware inventories.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a methodical and proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between technical operations and business needs. Your background should include the following:
- At least 5 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role.
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity best practices and a solid understanding of networking concepts.
- Proven experience in project management and maintaining regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to craft clear messaging for the entire company.
- A desire to grow your skills in automation and a willingness to learn new hardware and software technologies.
- The ability to work on-site at our San Francisco office several days a week.
What you'll get
The expected salary range for this position is $115,000 to $141,000. In addition to your base pay, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
- Equity compensation to ensure you have a stake in our success.
- Life insurance and other health-related benefits.
- Paid time off to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- The flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
