We know that modern threats require more than a standard approach, so we focus on rigor, relevance, and responsiveness to keep our clients secure. We are currently looking for an IT Intern to join our team on-site in the United States to help us enhance our internal capabilities while you gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.
What you'll be doing
- You will provide Help Desk support by troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with software updates, and setting up hardware for our team members.
- You will support Network Administration and System Maintenance by monitoring network performance, managing user access, reviewing system backups, and helping maintain our servers and workstations.
- You will contribute to our Security and Project initiatives by assisting with incident alerts, conducting security scans, and collaborating on system upgrades or software implementations.
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and ready to apply their skills in a fast-paced setting. You should have the following qualifications:
- Current enrollment in an IT-related associate or bachelor degree program is preferred.
- A foundational understanding of Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with core networking concepts and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine desire to work as part of a collaborative team.
