What you bring
We are seeking a Mid-Level IT Integration Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, this hybrid role requires you to be onsite from Tuesday through Thursday. You will play a key role in our technology department by building and maintaining the integrations that keep our operations running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating across business and IT departments to design both off-the-shelf and custom solutions for our unique operational challenges.
- Turning verbal requirements into clear, testable stories and detailed functional design documents.
- Maintaining and extending our existing integration environments while managing project scopes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of modern web, cloud, and server-side applications. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working under pressure and possesses a flexible, growth-oriented mindset. You should be proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, and Python, with production experience in Azure, including working with Azure Function apps. A strong grasp of SQL and NoSQL databases is essential, as is experience writing scripts and code to interact with APIs. Familiarity with RESTful web services and asynchronous processing is highly desirable. If you have previous experience with tools like Airtable, Workday, Okta, or Jira, that is a definite plus. You must be fluent in English to communicate effectively with our team.
