What you bring

We are looking for a Junior IT Infrastructure Security Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis in Japan. In this role, you will work as part of our global security office, collaborating with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to secure our massive gaming platforms and internal infrastructure. Your work will involve using various security solutions to maintain a safe and efficient environment for our users and employees. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, designing, and supporting the implementation of security solutions.
• Identifying and resolving security issues within our IT infrastructure.
• Designing security frameworks for public cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have at least one year of experience in security operations or internal infrastructure design and construction. You must have hands-on experience implementing or managing security tools, such as EDR solutions, vulnerability management systems, endpoint management, or cloud-native security features. We value candidates who are proactive, possess a strong desire to learn, and look for ways to automate and improve efficiency. Proficiency in English is required for global collaboration, and while a TOEIC score of 700 is preferred, we prioritize your willingness to grow and communicate effectively with our international colleagues. Familiarity with WAF, Office 365, or SaaS environments is considered a significant advantage.
