As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for an IT Generalist Intern to join the team. The IT intern will assist in providing technical support to our team of developers and designers and will have the opportunity to develop and improve technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Participate in the installation, maintenance, and optimization of servers, workstations, and network equipment.
- Contribute to the management and monitoring of IT infrastructure and report anomalies.
- Assist in responding to user requests for service, troubleshooting problems and help develop solutions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Basic understanding of PC hardware components and desktop operating systems
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Great communication skills in English.*
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Généraliste en infrastructure informatiques - Stage
Maintes fois primé, Larian Studios a amplement démontré sa volonté de proposer des jeux de rôle de très haute qualité. À l'heure où le studio à l'origine de titres comme Baldur's Gate 3 et Divinity: Original Sin 2 se tourne vers de nouveaux projets, nous sommes en quête d'un stagiaire généraliste en informatique. Celui-ci sera amené à fournir un soutien technique à nos équipes de développeurs et de concepteurs, tout en profitant de l'opportunité de développer et améliorer ses propres compétences techniques.
Responsabilités
- Fournir un dépannage de base en cas de problèmes matériels ou logiciels
- Participer à l’installation, la maintenance et l’optimisation des serveurs, postes de travail et équipements réseau.
- Contribuer à la gestion et à la surveillance de l’infrastructure informatique et signaler les anomalies.
- Aider à répondre aux demandes de service des utilisateurs, à résoudre leurs problèmes et à développer des solutions.
Profil recherché
- Poursuit actuellement des études supérieures en informatique, dans les technologies de l'information ou dans un domaine lié
- Une compréhension de base des composants matériels des ordinateurs, comme de leurs systèmes d'exploitation
- La capacité d'apprendre rapidement et de travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide
- Aptitude d'analyse et de résolution de problème
- D'excellentes compétences d'assistance clientèle
- De très bonnes compétences de communication en anglais*
- La capacité de travailler de manière indépendante, comme au sein d'une équipe
