We are currently looking for an IT Infrastructure Coordinator to join us for an on-site internship in Canada. This role is designed to help you grow as an aspiring IT professional by providing hands-on experience in an enterprise environment, where you will help us solve real user challenges and improve our internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own case workload while contributing to various project tasks and team meetings.
- Collaborate with project managers and end users to research and implement cloud-first task automation.
- Engage in enterprise operations, including configuration management, incident response, and security management.
Requirements
We are looking for students who have completed at least one term in an IT-related course and possess a strong drive to learn. You should have experience with technical support for Windows and iOS, along with an understanding of mobile device management for Android and iOS platforms. We value candidates who demonstrate strong critical thinking, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in documentation and general cloud administration is essential for success in this role.
