About the Role
We are hiring a Full Time IT Helpdesk Technician. This mid-level position focuses on maintaining smooth business operations by providing high-quality technical support. You will play a vital role in our Corporate Services team, ensuring that our staff has the tools and assistance they need to succeed in their engineering and consulting work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive IT support for various office locations, handling both remote requests and on-site visits.
- Manage the full lifecycle of hardware, including the deployment, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and office peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records by tracking helpdesk trouble tickets, documenting best practices, and performing routine system and software audits.
Requirements
- Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in a help desk or desktop support environment.
- Demonstrate administrator-level proficiency with Windows 10 and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft 365.
- Maintain a strong understanding of networked devices within a Microsoft Active Directory environment.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service with patience and empathy.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle for travel to our various office locations.
- Be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
Location
This position is based in the United States, with a requirement for on-site work and periodic travel to our offices nationwide.
