What is this role?
We are looking for a mid-level IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United States, where you will serve as a vital technical resource for our staff. You will play a key role in maintaining our service availability and ensuring our internal systems run smoothly for all users.
What will you do?
- Provide comprehensive first and second-level remote support to resolve technical issues and handle service requests.
- Manage user account provisioning for Active Directory, email, and various internal or external applications.
- Monitor our ticketing system to ensure timely updates and resolutions, while also creating knowledge base articles to assist both end users and your fellow team members.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in a related technical field. We value candidates who are proficient in Active Directory, Office 365, Google, Windows, Mac, and iOS. Experience with Jira Service Desk or similar ITSM platforms is a plus. Beyond your technical skills, you should be an excellent communicator who is comfortable leading remote pre-hire sessions and possesses the interpersonal skills necessary to handle client inquiries effectively. You must be fluent in English and capable of managing your time well while working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
